Trainer Harley Pasternak Shares His 5-Factor World Diet

Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak has buffed up the bodies of stars like Alicia Keys, Halle Berry, Lady Gaga and Robert Downey, Jr. with his 5-Factor diet and fitness plans.

Don’t be scared of dairy. The Swedes are one of the healthiest people and they put a high value on dairy. It’s one of the best quality proteins you can put in your body and has vitamin C, calcium, vitamin D. Just know there are low-fat dairy options.
