Jessica Simpson To Take Body Image Message To TV?
It looks like Jessica Simpson will be taking a closer look at beauty and body image with a new reality show called ‘The Price of Beauty.’ Though details of the show aren’t set, there’s been lots of buzz!
A source tells US Weekly about the show’s premise, saying, “[Jessica] and a friend set off on a road trip around the world in search of what people find beautiful and why.”
During the course of the show, Jessica plans to try some of the ’shocking’ things that people do for beauty.
Since the star endured serious scrutiny, even ridicule, as a result of weight gain, we expect that Jessica’s show will have a definite body image agenda. I’ll be interested to see Jessica’s take on beauty and hear some of what she’s learned as a star in the public eye. And I’m impressed that she’s taking on such a tough and personal topic!
