Gisele Bündchen Reveals Her Fit Pregnancy Secrets

Yes, supermodel Gisele Bündchen just had a baby with her husband, NFL star Tom Brady, in December but you wouldn’t know it looking at her amazing body! In an interview with People Magazine, she reveals her fit pregnancy secrets!
Instead of using her pregnancy as an excuse to indulge in junk food Gisele says
“I kept myself in good shape during the whole pregnancy, eating healthily, meditating, and doing exercises,”
The Victoria’s Secret Angel even did yoga and kung-fu until November! As for her weight gain, she says,
“I put on a little weight, but kept using almost the same clothes, with small adjustments on the stomach.”
But Gisele hasn’t been able to completely escape the weight gain that comes along with pregnancy! Even her busy schedule gets in the way.
“I still haven’t had time to go back to doing exercise. In the first few months, everything turns around the baby. But little by little you recover your form. What helps me is the fact that I didn’t put much weight on, and that I had a natural birth and am breast-feeding.”

My good friend, who is 5 1/2 months pregnant will benefit greatly from reading this. She’s a dancer and she’s not feeling too good about herself right now because of all the weight she’s gained. She says she’s been trying to exercise, but I think maybe she needs some direction in what to do.
