Demi Moore Denies Plastic Surgery, Tweets About Her Stretch Marks
Demi Moore could very well be the spokesperson for women over 40 who look and feel better than ever and seem to have it all. Demi, now 46, grows ever more gorgeous by the year, has a handsome younger husband, a family and a successful career. But now she’s speaking out (and tweeting) to let the public know about her imperfections- and to deny undergoing plastic surgery.
“I still have excess skin & stretch marks!”Demi recently tweeted. ”Ahh hate to break it to you but I do. Comes with having a few kids 4 some of us!”
In a recent interview, she addressed plastic surgery rumors, saying,
“It’s completely false – I’ve never had it done. But I would never judge those who have. If it’s the best thing for them, then I don’t see a problem…On the other hand, I don’t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the ageing process – it’s a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won’t make you happy…“
But while she’s remained plastic surgery-free until this point, she’s not ruling out the option in the future.
“That said, the day when I start crying when I look at myself in the mirror might be the day when I’m less adamant about not having it done. For the moment I prefer to be a beautiful woman of my age than try desperately to look 30.”
