Whitney Port’s Workout Slimming Tip

One of the most intense parts of Whitney Port’s workout doesn’t take place in the gym at all.  In fact, it takes place on the street!

Instead of hailing a cab, Whitney walks to and from her workouts in New York City – a 25 minute walk in each direction!  I recently got back from a trip to NYC and I got a great workout from walking around the city all day so I know it can have a major impact!   The City star says,

“I go to the gym three times a week, but I pretty much only do squats, lunges, and circuit training.  My cardio is my walk to the gym. It’s a 25-minute walk there and a 25-minute walk back.  I almost never take a cab.”

All that walking means the reality star can splurge a little on her new favorite dessert.

“I am a sucker for frozen yogurt!”, she says.
