Whitney Port Reveals Her Favorite Workout Moves

The girls of The Hills and The City must feel tons of pressure, particularly in light of all the young girls who adopt them as role models. This week Whitney Port went out of her way to set a healthy example by sharing her workout with her online fans- and we’re impressed. Check out her arm strength in the photo above!
Whitney’s trainer Danny Connolly says that he’s an expert in sculpting the physique, and his guidance is clearly works! Whitney looks great and from the photo slideshow on her website, she’s also strong and toned.
Here, Danny shares some of Whit’s favorite moves:

“This is the weighted ball toss for toning the waistline and shoulders — it’s Whit’s favorite move we do! We have her concentrate on controlling the momentum aspect. We keep her arms as straight as possible, too.”

“Another Whitney favorite…called an alternating bicep curl with the tension bands. She curls the bands across her body and controls the speed on the way down.”

“Tricep dips on a bench. She does these well every time! We try to keep her upper body close to the bench as she lifts and lowers her body up and down. This move works the shoulders and arms really well!”
