Kate Hudson Takes Tennis Lessons, Burns Lots of Calories
Kate Hudson was spotted on the tennis court this week in Los Angeles without her usual partner, Lance Armstrong. Instead, Lance was replaced by her tennis coach. The actress has been taking lessons for awhile now and even sent her kids to tennis camp! She says,
“I love tennis! I love how it slims and tones my body plus it’s so much fun. Did I mention I’m very competitive?”
Bring it ok, Kate! Kidding, of course. I’m lousy at tennis and you would kick my tail.
As we recently discussed here at Healthy Hollywood, tennis can burn up to 494 calories per hour! Not bad for having fun.






I LOVE tennis as a workout. It really is a fantastic total-body workout. Plus, you have to use your core a lot for all that reaching and twisting!

I used to play tennis at least 4 days out of the week. It gave me the best core and butt I’ve ever had!
