Jennifer Aniston’s Yoga Workout & Playlist!

That Jennifer Aniston has one of Hollywood’s most fit bodies is no secret- but the source of her strength hasn’t been clear… until now.
Jen just helped her yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber (shown above), release a yoga DVD called Yogalosophy. She lends her support to the workout (and yoga practice in general) during the DVD’s intro.
So what is ‘Yogalosophy?’ It’s a workout that brings focus and balance to your life.
“Yogalosophy can help you use the natural flow to recreate your body through intentions, emotions, and other motivational triggers,” writes Ingber.
Mandy recommends the workout three times a week, with a 22-minute session of cardio beforehand, just like Jen does. Check out the workout here.
