How Janet Jackson’s Getting In Shape for Her Comeback Tour

She’s certainly no stranger to toning up fast and having a fabulous body and now Janet Jackson tells us how she is getting in shape to go back out on tour – her first in 7 years. It’s definitely an intense routine but she’s ready for her comeback and not cutting any corners when it comes to being lean and fit. In an interview with 106 & Park on BET, the singer says she works out

“Six days a week. We work out for an hour and then loose up for a bit – and then dance for eight hours.”

Well, that should do it! Janet’s tour, Rock Witchu, will open in Vancouver, British Columbia on September 7th.

    it read to me like:
    I do it by working out for only 30 minutes a day and meditating and then doing 10 hours of cardio.

    oh that I danced 8 hours a day as well :)
