How Britney Spears is Getting Her Body Back

Pop star, Britney Spears, is busy working on a new album, getting healthy, AND getting her body back!  She was snapped while on vacation in Mexico looking absolutely amazing in a white bikini.  We’ve seen her hitting the gym quite frequently over the past few months but how exactly is Britney managing to lose weight and tone up?  Her secret is a small team of experts surrounding her and of course, her own willpower.

The mother of two has hired a nutritionist, a personal trainer, and a dance choreographer to whip her back into her pre-baby shape and so far it looks to be working!  For her diet, Britney is limiting herself to 1400 calories a day and has one “cheat day” each week where she will treat herself with whatever she wants.

Closer Magazine has reported that,

“She also changed the way she eats, trying to have only two thirds of what is on her plate. It’s all about portion control and fresh food now. And lots of water in place of Red Bull.”

She is also reportedly eating plenty of steamed fish and snacking on edamame beans in between meals.

As for her workouts, Britney is enduring intensive work-outs with Pussycat Dolls’ personal trainer James Van Daff as well as three-hour dance classes six times a week.

Of course, all of this professional help doesn’t come cheap!  Britney is reported to be spending over $22,000 a month for her team of experts and nutritional supplements!

Ok, so $20,000 is a bit excessive but I am really happy to see Britney looking so healthy and so happy.  Her bikini is beautiful and flatters her new figure and things really seem to be looking up for her.
