Hilary Swank’s Workout Secret

If you think Hilary Swank has an amazing body, well, you’re not alone! So, what’s her secret? After finishing her pilates class at Power Pilates in Chelsea, she uses the JumpSnap, a ropeless jump rope that burns a mega amount of calories! The JumpSnap reportedly burns 100 calories every 5 minutes – way more than what you would burn on the elliptical or treadmill and you don’t have to worry about tripping over the pesky rope! Hilary does four intervals with the JumpSnap at two, three, five and six minutes each including crisscrosses, splits (scissorlike leaps), and high knees. Now, that’s a workout!

The JumpSnap is $59.95 and right now they also have a pink version where $20 of the purchase price goes to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Love that!
