Gwyneth Paltrow Shares a Workout From Her Trainer Tracy Anderson

Gwyneth Paltrow knows just as well as we do that there’s no quick-fix diet and exercise plan that will get you bikini-ready in a few days. It just doesn’t work like that! Says Gwyneth on her website, goop.com:

“…It is wholly unrealistic to follow those “10 Days to a Bathing Suit-Ready Body” routines expecting to actually achieve a drastic change…”
