Fun Way To Shape Your Buns – Deal or No Deal?
This is one of my favorite exercises to do anytime and anywhere! I call it the “25 Card Pickup” and it works to firm your buns and your legs, and is also a great mini cardio workout!
All you need is 25 playing cards. Lay them out on the floor in a rainbow or half circle shape. Make two rows if you need to. Now, starting on the left side of the dealt cards, lunge forward with your left leg and pick up one of the cards. Return to the standing position and repeat moving all the way around the half circle until you’ve picked up all the cards. Now, lay the cards out again and repeat with your right leg. To make it even more challenging, work your way up to getting through the entire deck!
You can also use pens or post it notes if you’re at the office or small sticks or rocks if you’re out at the park. At the beach? Use seashells! This is truly a fun and easy exercise you can do anywhere! And, it really works!
