Fitness Tip of The Day – Turn Your Handbag into a Mini Workout
If you’re like me, your handbag weighs a good 10 – 15 pounds. And no, unfortunately, I’m not exaggerating! So today’s fitness tip is about incorporating what you have, namely that overweight purse, into an exercise. You’re always out and about with it so the next time you find yourself standing in line somewhere, use your handbag the same way you would a dumbbell and do some curls! Do them first with your palms facing up for 10 reps, then rotate your palms so they face in toward your body and do a second set of ten reps. Alternate curling each arm. You’ll be ready for that strapless dress in no time!
