Fit Tip of the Day: Slim Down Fast with the 50-25-25 Rule!
Summer is right around the corner and if you’re still looking to get rid of those last few pounds, here’s a great tip! It’s my 50-25-25 Rule and it’s very effective and very easy to do! Simply fill 50% of your plate with veggies and fruits, 25% of your plate with whole grains, and 25% of your plate with lean protein. You’ll cut down on calories while increasing your intake of needed vitamins and minerals each day. Look out bikini season!
