Biggest Loser Alison Sweeney Shares New Baby & Pregnancy Weight Loss Secret
You’ve seen her growing belly on The Biggest Loser and now Alison Sweeney is showing off her beautiful baby girl, Meghan Hope Sanov. Alison tells Us Weekly that her birth was a little unexpected. She stopped by the hospital after a full day of taping The Biggest Loser for a quick check up and got more than she bargained for.
My doctor was a little concerned and said, ‘I don’t want to leave her in there one more day!’”
Alison gave birth that same night at 11:48 PM to her newest little bundle. Not one to let a little thing like giving birth slow her down, Alison was back on The Biggest Loser set just eight days later and returned to her role as Sami Brady on soap opera Days of Our Lives just six days after that! Ok, I’m impressed!
Alison says she was also ready to get her body back and says she’s doing just that with a little help from the Nintendo Wii. She uses the program EA Active and has been slimming down and shaping up fast! She says,
“When do I have time to go to the gym? It really is like a personal trainer in a box. It’s perfect. I recommend it to all mothers!”
