Michelle Obama’s Morning Workout Ritual

 

First Lady Michelle Obama has the right to bear arms and boy does she ever!  The first lady has received a lot of press regarding her buff arms but she tells People Magazine that it’s not always easy. 

To squeeze working out into her packed schedule, Michelle rises at 5:30 a.m. and exercises “pretty religiously” with husband Barack Obama in the White House’s private gym.  But the first lady admits she’s not quite as diligent as the President saying with a laugh,

“I can skip a workout. He really can’t.”

I have to tell you, I love that our First Lady is a beautiful woman with two small children that’s so focused on staying fit and healthy.  She sets a great example for our country!
