Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford Focuses on Healthy, Zen Pregnancy

How does Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford stay sane amidst all the turmoil and pressure surrounding her these days?  She breathes deeply.  The actress says, 

“You do meditation, you do yoga, and you pray.  You focus on what’s important and on being a mom.”

Kelly is about 3.5 months away from giving birth to a baby girl but unlike the stereotype of a mom-to-be craving pickles and ice cream, she’s focusing oh making healthy choices.

“I crave a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Like lately it’s been celery and carrots. Like crunchy vegetables and fruits and things like that. I ate a whole papaya on the way here, with lime.”

If we could all be so lucky!  We wish Kelly the best and look forward to the arrival of her new little bundle of joy!
