Ashlee Simpson wants to keep healthy and fit during her pregnancy and she’s certainly off to a good start! The newlywed attended a prenatal yoga class in Los Angeles this week where she was said to be “very happy” and “in good spirits”.
Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful workout options for expecting mothers. The poses, such as bridge pose, cat/cow stretch, and goddess pose help to ease the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare the body for childbirth. It’s also a wonderful way to unwind and get rid of some stress.
