What it Takes To Have Kelly Ripa’s Body
We’re such a Kelly Ripa fan here at Healthy Hollywood! The fact that a woman with 3 kids, a husband, and more jobs than one person should have in a lifetime, still finds the time to look like this is truly amazing! The Live with Regis and Kelly star says she believes in moderation and doesn’t count calories but she does fill up on things like fish, fruit, nuts, and yogurt. To keep things in balance (and herself sane), she also splurges once a week.
Now, her workout is where it really gets interesting. I’m telling you, this lady is a machine! In addition to her 3-5 mile runs 5 days a week, she also takes ballet barre classes at Physique 57 in New York four times a week. And, she also weight trains with trainer, Keith Byard to sculpt her muscles. Kelly says she rarely takes a day off.
So what do you think? Could you put in this kind of time and effort if you knew it would result in a body like this? Do you think Kelly overdoes it?






Her self-control alone is amazing, but the rountine? Shocking! This lady is an obvious warrior who knows what she wants and not only is going to stick to what she sets her mind to, but you know she’s going to smile while gritting her teeth to what most of us would call ‘the bitter end’ of every mile run. It feels so good to know that there are stars like her that are always going to stay real & keep it that way! Kelly Ripa is gorgeous, grounded, and SO FUNNY! I give her a perfect 10!

Wasn’t Kelly Ripa ‘always’ super thin? How do we know that this is not just ‘toning’ for her, that she’s never ever had a weight issue her whole life… where I have had a scale problem (not from eating too much ! trust me!!! ) but I work out, I eat right, and I go to the gym, and I am frustrated with skinny women like Kelly who haven’t got an issue are praised for how fit they are, when the ‘real’ women of the world, who don’t have access to the multimilliion dollar clubs they belong to ~ to help them stay fit.
How is that for a comment? Why tell everyone how Kelly and other do when the average person cannot afford or access these places (if they could afford it) because of distance.. common now, I live in AZ, her work out place is in NY!!! that’s just mean!

A lot of women say they eat right and work out but it’s not likely that you are going to be obese from that. Stick to it. Going to the gym once a week and sometimes choosing the salad instead of fries isn’t going to give you a RIPA body!!:)
If your lifestyle is such, then go for it – but I can certainly think that the additional time spent on being so narcissistic would be better spent on children, relationships …is the typical Hollywood style phoney crap that is targeted only so they can appear so “with it” and that sort of crap.
Me…give me a beer, a lovely summer evening with a campfire , my kids and significant other spending QUALITY timesharing in each others company.
Thank gawd not everyone feels the same as I do or else Kelly Ripa would be another no talent loser trying to scrap together a living before age and gravity takes it toll
