Vanessa Williams Shares Her Spring Diet Tips

Ugly Betty star, Vanessa Williams, has her eye on her waistline now that Spring has sprung!  The actress says,

“When I’m in training mode, I’ll do no dairy, no sugar, but normally it depends what I’m cooking.”

Breakfast for Vanessa is fast and furious due to her busy schedule.  She usually enjoys half a bagel with cream cheese and half a cup of coffee.  And since she’s been indulging in comfort foods like mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese during the Winter, when Spring rolls around she’s knows it’s time to focus on being healthy.

“I have a trainer that I go to.  If I’m not seeing my trainer, I’m on the treadmill. If you cut out stuff – I hate to say not eat, but if you eat less – then you’re going to see results. You back off the sweets – try to eliminate those – and eat a lot of proteins and leafy greens. You’ll see results.”
