The 5-Factor Diet Chocolate Mint Shake Recipe

Enjoy this delicious chocolate mint shake recipe by one of Hollywood’s favorite trainers, Harley Pasternak. It’s just a sample of wonderful food ideas found in his 5-Factor Diet plan.

Ingredients

3 ½ cups quartered strawberries
2 ¼ cups nonfat milk
¾ scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sprig fresh mint
1 ½ teaspoons sugar substitute
Crushed ice

Directions

Place strawberries, milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and mint in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 shakes.
