Reba McEntire’s “Rules” for Staying Fit and Healthy
Country superstar, Reba McEntire revealed to Quick & Simple Magazine her “rules” for staying fit and healthy. The Queen of Country Music says,
“I try to be very conscious of what I eat and how I take care of my body. Narvel and I eat the best we can. That means lean meat and fish and vegetables, and we try to stay away from the fattening things.”
Narvel, by the way, is her manager and devoted husband. While she does eat healthy most of the time, Reba says she also has been known to indulge in the occasional dessert. As for exercise, she keeps it moderate saying,
“I go walking and do Pilates.”
She says she and her husband work hard taking care of themselves,
“so we can be there for each other and everyone else in our lives”






Reba has always been pretty good about staying fit. She is doing great!
I love Reba – now I lover her even more b/c she takes care of herself. What a refreshing site you have!

She looks great. It’s funny that you called her “Country Superstar” I only knew her from her TV show at first. My wife couldn’t believe that I had never heard her music before.
Sure enough I was introduced to all of her albums (still not a fan of the music
But I do really like her show. (don’t let my wife know that though)
