Nicole Kidman Gets Post Baby Body Back in Shape With Yoga

Nicole Kidman isn’t wasting any time getting back in shape after giving birth.  The new mom was spotted at a yoga class yesterday in Santa Monica, CA.  It’s so funny that we just talked about Minnie Driver saying she wasn’t planning on losing her baby weight and Nicole Kidman is doing yoga 2 weeks after delivering her baby girl, Sunday Rose.  To her credit, we are told that it was a very light yoga class and that she did have permission from her doctor so it seems Nicole is just trying to stay healthy.  Your thoughts?

    I think it depends on the persons attitude towards it. I mean, if you’re doing it because you want to “get skinny fast” then thats a bad idea. But if you just want to do some light yoga to be healthy and you’re not in a hurry to lose the weight, then thats great that she’s doing that. Besides, theres tons of yoga classes for pregnant women, right?

    But at the same time, wow- she just gave birth two weeks ago? Did she put on ANY weight when she got pregnant?! That’s a pretty impressive figure she’s got.
