Mel B Doesn’t Believe in Diets
Mel B tells Us Weekly that she doesn’t believe in diets in their Us Hot Bodies feature this week. With the workout she follows, she really doesn’t have to worry too much about dieting although she does say she eats “three times a day plus two snacks”. Mel also says, “my workout is so intense, you only need to do it two to three times a week”. The Dancing with the Stars well… star, says that she has hour long sessions that mix 6 minute intervals of sprints, jogging, and weights. According to her, being on America’s favorite dance show helped her drop 60 pounds of baby weight! Wow! That show seems to have that effect on people, doesn’t it? As far as her secret to success? She says, “you have to enjoy it or your won’t do it”.
