Mariah Carey Gives Off Good Vibe(s)!!
Mariah Carey looks amazing on the new cover of Vibe Magazine! If you missed her diet and workout secrets in US Weekly, she basically follows a pretty strict diet that doesn’t allow her to eat carbs and protein at the same time and does water workouts for at least and hour and a half, two to seven days a week!
The theory behind her diet is that you use different enzymes to break down each and it’s believed that breaking them down separately is more effective and helps to increase weight loss. This hasn’t been proven and in my opinion doesn’t amount to a whole lot. If you have the necessary enzymes needed to digest foods, then you shouldn’t have any problems. The protein enzymes will break down protein, the enzymes needed to break down carbs will break down carbs, and so on. But, keep in mind that a lot of us don’t have the necessary enzymes and that’s why it’s so important to supplement with a good enzyme formula. In my opinion, 99% of the general population should supplement with a good enzyme formula and a good probiotic formula daily.
Don’t forget, the important thing is the foods you’re putting in your body to be broken down. Foods like vegetables and fruits will always be easier for your body to digest than processed or fast foods. And, digesting your foods easier and faster means speeding up your metabolism which translates into weight loss!
