Lisa Rinna Looks Amazing at 44! How Does She Do It?

Looking like this, it’s hard to believe Lisa Rinna is 44!  She’s in fantastic shape and always has so much energy.  Lisa credits her body to workouts like yoga, pilates dancing, and working out at Cardio Barre in Los Angeles.  She’s even been known to combine these workouts for maximum results.  Lisa is also not one for following super strict diets saying,

I don’t follow any diet by heart. I’m not perfect. It drives me nuts when actresses say they only eat chicken, fish, veggies and fruit. I eat everything. I’m just careful about how much I put into my body.

Sounds very Healthy Hollywood to me!
