Kristen Cavallari Aims To Keep Up Her Energy With Healthier, More Regular Meals

Kristen Cavallari, the Laguna Beach cast member who stars on The Hills this fall, has been so busy promoting her new show that she’s lost weight, she tells US Weekly.
”I’ve been a little stressed out. It’s terrible, but stress can make you lose weight I guess.”
But Kristen’s trying to be a healthy eater, to make sure that she has tons of energy for the drama she’s sure to encounter on The Hills.
“[I] always [have] an energy bar with me, just in case I don’t have time to eat, which is so bad. I’m not normally like that. It’s only been the past month. I have low energy and I get headaches a lot. I need to be better about it.”
Kristen says that her usual breakfast consists of eggs and fruit, while lunch is a salad with chicken and dinner is salmon. She says that ‘proteins and vegetables’ are important.
Next on Kristen’s to-do list? I’d say that fitting in time for a workout should be a goal. She tells US Weekly that the only time she exercised in the past month was right before presenting at the MTV Video Music Awards.
“I did some lunges and push ups in my hotel room,” she says.
We think that exercise could be the stress-reliever that Kristen needs!
