Josie Maran Says No To Diets and Yes to Organic Food
Josie Maran was just one of the celebrities who turned out for the Planet Green Premier Event and Concert in Los Angeles last night. The model/actress turned entrepreneur looked radiant and healthy as usual in a pink tee and jeans. So, what’s her secret?
No diets!
Josie says that she did the “four-carbs-a-day diet” when she was 18 and it “drove me insane”! Josie now maintains her 112 lb physique with Kundalini yoga twice a week, portion control, and organic food. She’s very eco-conscious and eats only fresh, healthy food that’s free from chemicals. Josie says sushi and fresh fruit are her favorites!
As a nutritionist, I can tell you that your diet is 80% your overall weight and body appearance. It seems that Josie has figured that out and it’s mainly her diet that keeps her slim while the yoga helps to tone up and lean out her muscles.








Good for her.
Being fit doesn’t have to be that complicated – or expensive. Nice to see some celebs modeling that message.
