How often do you get your own celebrity support group to help you give up your vices? You’ve got one now! If you haven’t already checked out Jenny McCarthy’s ‘Give It Up Before Summer’ blog on oprah.com, it’s time to take a look. Jenny is four days into her month without sugar- and it’s already getting interesting!

“I’m looking forward to my zits clearing up, PMS getting better, not feeling controlled by a substance, keeping my immune system strong and not having anxiety. When I stated I was a chocoholic, I wasn’t kidding. Jim had no idea about my stashes I hid around the house. He would open my sock drawer and find wrappings. You know those charity chocolate bars that school girls sell for $1? [pictured above] Well, I bought $500 of them!” Jenny writes in her oprah.com blog.

“So I said, ‘Let’s start a 30-day blog with oprah.com to come together every day to bitch and moan about how well or horrible we are doing.’ There are no rules to this. It’s simply choosing something you have been wanting to give up and making it happen this month. The good news is I’m not asking you to give it up forever…just 30 freaking days,” she writes.

But don’t just read about it! Jenny is so enthusiastic about anyone and everyone joining her in giving up one of their unhealthy vices for 30 days- be it gossiping, caffeine, sugar- you fill in the blank!
