Jessica Alba Says ‘No Sugar’ For Daughter Honor Marie
Looks like Jessica Alba is teaching her daughter about healthy eating from the very beginning. In a recent interview, Jessica explained that her 17-month-old daughter Honor Marie is completely sugar-free:
“She doesn’t have sugar at all.She doesn’t have fruit juice… all of Honor’s meals are cooked at home and organic.”

thats awful! small children need sugar to develop properly. Not in the form of sweets, but some fruit juices are very healthy for young children to develop proper immune systems and other bodily functions. She can wait until she’s older to eat like an orthorexic.
Children do not need sugar to develop properly! Thats the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. I think it is great that she doesn’t let her child have sugar. Her child will be much healthier than other children. America is full of huge overweight children because of people with that type of mindset. Juice is not good for anybody. It is loaded with sugar. The best thing to do is eat a piece of fruit so that you also get the fiber with it too and you don’t have a huge blood sugar spike. I say hurray for you Jessica!
