Jennifer Connelly Reveals Her Diet and Workout Routines

Actress Jennifer Connelly may be a busy mom of two, but she’s no slacker in the fitness department. She shared her favorite workouts- yoga and running- with Marie Claire.

“I get myself into some weird contortion poses in my trailer. I like the way it makes me feel when I’m standing and walking – more integrated.”

And her running routine when she leaves the set?

“Six to 10 miles on trails through the woods at our place up in the country.”

Sounds like she’s ready for a half marathon!

As the face of Balenciaga, Jennifer graces the red carpet in the company’s designer dresses- though she admits she hasn’t always been as ladylike as we might expect.

“As a kid, I was into Matchbox cars, climbing trees, and jumping off things.”

The former vegan (she says she resumed eating meat during her first pregnancy) appears to maintain a healthy, if routine, diet. Jennifer says that she eats sushi three nights a week and three Pink Lady apples every day. Sounds like she knows a good thing when she finds it!
