Jennifer Anistons Diet and Workout Secrets

Jennifer Aniston is no stranger to a bikini body but how does she do it? US Weekly is reporting that according to their source, she eats salads all the time! They tell us she always orders healthfully at the hot spots she frequents including LA’s Sunset Tower (where she loves the grilled chicken paillard and baby greens) and NYC’s Waverly Inn (she nibbled on a salad while on a date with John Mayer here). Jennifer has credited the Zone Diet with completely reforming her eating habits. It was really a lifestyle change for her.

As for her workouts, Jennifer enjoys two hour yoga and pilates sessions with her instructor Mandy Ingber four to five times a week. The actress says,

It’s a workout and a meditation.

Jennifer also adds 30 to 45 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical machine and lifts free weights.

Now, before you hate her for looking so great, I should probably tell you that like most of us, Jen battles cellulite. I know, even the rich and famous can’t escape it! :) The star books sessions with LA physician Sabena Toor who says,

I customize Chinese and Indian herbal supplements and teas for things like bloating and abdominal fat.

Umm… in that case, I’ll have what Jen’s having!

You’ve never heard me say it’s easy to look like these celebrities. But, as you can see, the hard work definitely pays off!
