Jake Gyllenhaal to Open Organic Restaurant
Looks like another member of young Hollywood is opening up a restaurant. But, before you dismiss it as just another money making op for the already rich and famous, you should know that this time it’s for a good cause. Jake Gyllenhaal is working with long-time friend and chef, Chris Fischer, to open up a new, high-class restaurant in Los Angeles that only serves food containing all organic ingredients. Jake says cooking is one of his passions and that he wants to open the restaurant before he turns 30. (He’s now 27.) Jake is concerned about the effect his diet is having on the planet and is reportedly planning a cycling tour through Tuscany with girlfriend Reese Witherspoon to search for menu ideas. Cycling tour?
