Lights, Camera, Action! Introducing Healthy Hollywood!
I’ve been trying to start this blog for well over a year now but you know how life just kind of gets in the way? Well, no more! Finally, I’m so excited to announce the launch of this wonderful space to share health tips from Hollywood’s finest with all of you! Through my work with celebrity clients and just living in Los Angeles, I’ve found some great tips, tricks, and secrets that can benefit everyone – famous or not! I always get the question, “How do they always look so good?” and now I’ve found an easy way to answer that question and many more about celebrity health!
This website focuses not just on celebrity fitness or dieting (although those will certainly be included!) but also on the health of our minds, our bodies, and our planet – thus the name, “Healthy Hollywood”. In today’s world we are faced with processed foods, increasing rates of obesity, mental health issues, increases in diseases such as cancer, and toxins that are slowly killing our bodies and our planet. This being the case, I wanted to take a broader look at being healthy – from your workouts to the the shower gel you use to how we can help protect the planet with every purchasing decision we make. Every single one of these factors play a role in your overall health.
