How Pamela Anderson Stays Hot
Pin-up queen, author, actress, model, activist, mother, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Pamela Anderson tells Us Weekly how she stays so hot after 17 years in Hollywood. Is it countless hours of exercise? No. Is it a low-carb diet? Hardly. The Baywatch babe says she doesn’t exercise much (unless you count running after her kids all day) and she eats lots of carbs – complex carbs, that is. She says her secret is simply avoiding meat. That’s it, no meat! Instead, Pam eats fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, seeds, and soy: plant-based foods low in fat and high in complex carbs.
Her day starts with fruit and oatmeal for breakfast, a ginger smoothie as a snack, a salad and veggie burger for lunch, and pasta or veggie sushi at dinner. Pam says it’s easy for her to be a vegetarian when she thinks “about those poor chickens who end up in a bucket”. She also says there are a lot of “fabulous mock meats”. A favorite of her and her kids is called “Not Dogs“, a soy based hot dog. Pam encourages everyone to “take a load off your body and your conscience: Try vegetarian!”
Any takers? Have any of you tried to be vegetarians? Did you succeed? I would love to hear about your experiences.

i have become a vegetarian now. it started about a month ago actually, and it was because of health problems i kept having. i am only 26, and i was having problems that shouldn’t have been happening at my age. somehow i was led to a site about changing your eating habits. i cut out all animal based products for me and my family, with consent of my husband, and i have never felt better in all my life. i no longer have the health problems that i was experiences, and no longer am i fatigued the way i was. i encourage people to consider this way of life, but i do not judge someone for eating meat. i definately believe in this healthy eating habit, but you must eat right and not eat junk. i encourage people to also look into what gets put into meats and dairy products, it may just shock you as it did me.
