How Jennifer Lopez is Getting Her Body Back After Babies
After dropping more than 30 of the 50 pounds she gained during her pregnancy using a walking program, Jennifer Lopez is kicking it up a notch with celebrity trainer, Gunnar Peterson! Us Weekly is reporting that the superstar has been training four to six days a week for 30 minutes to two hours at a time. Gunnar says,
“One day we’ll do a 30-minute run; the other days we’ll do transition training.”
So, what exactly is “transition training”? The well known trainer explains,
“One day swim, then switch to bike; one day bike-to-run; and one day a walk-run plus weight training.”
As for Jennifer’s diet, the new mom is eating a healthy mix of lean protein and complex carbs. A sample meal consists of turkey and egg whites with rice and veggies. Her trainer comments,
“She’s never been a bad eater or a big eater” but also adds that the star doesn’t, “deny herself anything she truly wants.”






J-Lo already looks great. It sounds like she’s losing it quickly, but not too quickly!
