How Eminem Shed the Pounds
Eminem is back with brand new music and a brand new body!  The rapper says he embarked on a new health kick to shed the extra pounds he gained while on a hiatus from his music career and the effort has certainly paid off!  Although, Eminem says he actually became “obsessed” with running on a treadmill, sometimes clocking up to 17 miles a day, and had to force himself to reduce his daily workouts.

He says,

“I’ve been running a lot, taking care of myself. A lot of cardio. I’m actually at the point where I think I’ve been a little obsessive compulsive about running on a treadmill. Yeah, it got up to four miles a day, then it got up to six, then I got up to 10, then I got up to 15, then I got up to 17, and I had to take a break.

The rapper also knows that his workouts are only half of being healthy and says he has taken his diet into consideration as well.

“I eat healthy. Chicken breasts, things like that.”

His hard work has definitely paid off!  He looks amazing and we’re certainly looking forward to his return!
