How Alessandra Ambrosio Got VS Runway Ready After Baby

Runway after baby: it was famously done by Heidi Klum, who got back in Victoria’s Secret skivvies only eight weeks after giving birth. Last year, Alessandra Ambrosio had a similar challenge of getting back to her pre-baby weight and into Victoria’s Secret lingerie just four months after the birth of her daughter. Now she’s revealing just how she did it:
“Last year, because I had a baby and I had to lose pounds, I did a lot of cardio,” she tells People.
“This year is all about weights, squats and lunges…I’m working out to prepare for the show because it’s our biggest show of the year. I’m trying to work out four days a week.”
As for diet, it seems that Alessandra stayed away from the whites:
“After I gave birth, my diet was a very healthy diet, like no sugar, no bread. But now, I am just eating whatever.”
And she looks fabulous- it’s enough to make any mama envious!
