Holly Madison Shares Diet & Workout Plan

 

Holly Madison may have just split with illusionist boyfriend, Criss Angel, but don’t expect this buxom blonde to stay single for long.  Hugh Hefner’s ex-bunny has said she is serious about settling down and starting a family in the near future.  And, of course, if you’ve seen Holly lately, you’ll agree that with a body like that, she’s sure to have lots of suitors. 

Holly shared with us her diet and workout secrets saying that she likes to keep it simple.

“I just try to keep it simple and not really diet.  I’m not all about the starvation diets that some girls go on to lose weight quickly.  When we first started filming The Girls Next Door, I was so serious about getting in shape fast!  I worked out every single day and watched everything I put in my mouth and it was just miserable!”

She says she’s come to a good place in her life now and that she’s focusing on staying healthy.

“Now it’s more about me just being aware of what I eat but not being obsessed over it.  I love to workout but I do fun things like hiking and yoga so it doesn’t seem like I’m working out at all.”

As for her eating habits Holly says,

“I eat a lot of lean protein like chicken and fish and I always add a lot of vegetables and fruits.  I don’t snack very often during the day and I keep my portion sizes small so I don’t overeat. Of course, I have to have the occasional cupcake or piece of chocolate and my Diet Coke isn’t going anywhere!”
