Heidi Montag’s Diet and Workout
Some love her and some love to hate her. We’re going to plead the fifth on that one and instead just tell you what The Hills star does to stay bikini ready.
First of all, let’s take a look at her diet. Heidi says she eats:
- lean protein and lots of veggies.
- 5-7 mini meals consisting of egg whites on oatmeal, ham on wheat sandwiches, sushi, and apples
- no alcohol (I am not making this up, this is what she says!)
- sleeping at least 7 hours every day.
Moving on to her workout… Heidi says when she wanted to get in better shape that her goal was to have a sculpted “dancer’s body”. She’s been working with celebrity trainer John Damon and now visits the gym 6 times a week. Her workout includes:
- weight training 3-5 days a week (leg lifts, squats, lunges and upper body weight lifting)
- cardio 4-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes (incline speed walks on the treadmill)
And there you have it! With this combination of clean eating and hitting the gym 6 days a week, you will definitely get a body like Heidi’s! I’ve also heard through the grapevine that she’s very dedicated to her gym sessions and won’t miss a workout!

[...] Ok, so she’s not exactly an aerobics instructor but she is playing one in her new music video. Heidi shot the throw back to the 80s video for her new single, “Overdosin” in Los Angeles on Thursday. You can see The Hills stars actual diet and workout here. [...]
As much as I dislike her, I have to admit that she had a great diet/exercise balance.
