Heidi Klum Makes Surprise Runway Return

Surprise! Just six weeks after giving birth, Heidi Klum wowed the crowd at last night’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City- by taking the stage for an unexpected turn in a purple corset and gown. Heidi was only scheduled to host the show, since she delivered her daughter Lou in October. Needless to say, the audience loved Heidi’s return!
Heidi told People that she’s loving her shape, even though she plans to lose 2o additional pounds of pregnancy weight:
“I embrace that I have more curves right now. I’m definitely one of the heaviest of the bunch of the 30 girls in the show…And I still have 20 lbs. to go.”
Since it’s difficult to work out immediately after pregnancy, Heidi is taking it easy with her trainer:
“She’s helping me so I don’t overdo it. I’ve been walking on the treadmill. Walking up and down the driveway. She has a medicine ball so she showed me things on there. You can’t do too much too early.”
As far as her diet is concerned, Heidi’s kids are a big influence:
“I’m not someone who eats salad and chicken. I have a lot of heads around the table and if there’s not variety they get bored. I mean sometimes I have two to three things to serve and my daughter will be like, ‘That’s it, Mommy?’ So it’s fish one day, goulash the next day, spaghetti Bolognese, then schnitzel. I cook a lot.”
Clearly she looks radiant, whether her weight is up or down. Just goes to show that it’s not worth stressing over the days when you’re feeing curvier!
