Gwyneth Paltrow Uses Video Chat Workouts To Stay Fit

Busy mom of two, Gwyneth Paltrow, is super committed to staying healthy and in shape.  The Iron Man actress says,

“You really have to work to maintain your body. I don’t just look like this. You know what I mean? I don’t!”

We hear ya, Gwyneth!  The star says she doesn’t diet but explains that if she wants to eat as much as she likes and be in the kind of shape Hollywood demands, she has to exercise for one and a half to two hours a day.  Gwyneth trains with The Method creator, Tracy Anderson, and doesn’t let a little thing like being in a different country slow her down!  Instead, she uses video chat to get in a full workout.  Anderson says,

“We schedule a time to go online; we have both of our video screens up so I can see Gwyneth on the machine and tell her what to do and she can see me.”
