Fergie Works Out Every Inch! – Us Weekly Hot Bodies
Fergie tells us all her workout secrets in this month’s Us Weekly. The singer says that she makes sure to hit every spot when training! She takes 90 minute hikes, weight trains twice a week, does 100 sit ups four times a week and attends regular yoga sessions. Whew! No wonder she looks so amazing! As for her diet, Fergie is a fan of Diet Designs. She says “When I follow the plan precisely, I completely notice a difference.” But don’t think she doesn’t cheat! She is only human after all. Her favorite splurge is “Chocolate souffle with whipped cream”! Ummmm, now that’s something worth working out for!
