Elisabeth Hasselbeck Shows off Post Baby Body in Fitness Magazine

The View co-host, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, is yet another Hollywood mom that’s back into shape super fast after giving birth. Elisabeth had her son Taylor just six months ago and had only weeks to prepare for her shoot for Fitness Magazine. She says she did it by working out for six weeks, including running and weight training. And to get that flat belly back, she did ab work two times a week.

I love that Elisabeth says it’s not longer about just having a sexy body but it’s about being strong and having a positive attitude about how you look. She wants to set a good example for her daughter, Grace, and she’s definitely on the right track to doing that. According to her, Body image has nothing to do with scale numbers, it’s how you feel inside. This is the first time I’ve felt free from that, because I am working out in a way where I feel so strong that there’s no room for those doubts.”
