Amp Up Your Arm Workout With These Moves From Michelle Obama

Michelle Obama, like all other enviably fit ladies, didn’t get in shape by slacking off. In spite of her duties as mother and First Lady, she arises for 5:30 am workouts, four time each week, to keep her signature arms looking sleek and toned. For their latest issue, Women’s Health magazine scored an amazing interview with Mrs. Obama, plus a detailed guide for achieving the most coveted arms in the country!
We just love this quote, about the First Lady’s love of french fries:
“I do love a good burger and fries. French fries are my favorite food in the whole world. If I could, I’d eat them at every meal — but I can’t. My whole thing is moderation. If I make good, healthy choices most of the time, then having what I love every once in a while won’t hurt.”

ONE MINUTE HAMMER CURLS:
Hold a weights down by your sides (choose the size depending on your strength) and alternate lifting each arm, going back and forth for one minute. Bend arm at the elbow and bring up to your shoulder. Your muscles should be fatigued after this minute of repetitions.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBER:
Start in plank position, with your feet backed up against a wall. Alternate picking up your feet and bringing your knee forward as if running in place. This exercise raises provides a great cardio workout- essential for burning fat that will otherwise hide muscle tone.
