A Day in the Life of Britney Spears’ Diet
Britney Spears is on the quick road to a comeback and has been looking amazing lately! She’s working out, eating healthy, and focusing on her mental health and it’s really paying off. Star Magazine is reporting that Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears is super supportive of her newfound healthy habits and even cooks some of her meals! A typical day for Brit’s diet is:
Breakfast: Britney starts the day with whole wheat pancakes. Calories: 100 each
Lunch: Britney loves to munch on fish or chicken tacos served in a nonfried soft shell. Calories: 275
Dinner: Since she’s cutting back on red meat, the pop star will have a 4 to 6 ounce serving of fish with veggies. Calories: 350 – 500
Dessert: Britney splurges on a sugar-free ice pop or a serving of low-fat or nonfat frozen yogurt topped with strawberries. Calories: 150
I’m so happy that Britney is back on the right track and getting healthy again. She’s long overdue for a comeback and this could be it!






I’d totally need a snack or two in there…maybe a massive salad.
Her suit is really cute though.
She does look good, even though she never really looked bad. She just looked normal before. I don’t know if I’d be able to survive on such a low cal diet though. I wish I had the will power!
