43 Year Old Cindy Crawford Poses Nude in Allure
Yes, you read that correctly. Cindy Crawford is 43 and she’s totally naked (well, except for some well placed bubbles) in this month’s issue of Allure Magazine. In celebration of their anti-aging issue, the supermodel told Allure that her anti-aging regime involves “a day cream with antioxidants, a sunscreen, a night cream, and an eye cream” and that she uses microdermabrasion.
As for her diet and workout routine? Cindy says she runs on the treadmill and lifts weights three to four times a week and that she also hikes every weekend with a girlfriend. One thing she doesn’t do, however, is fad diets.
“I exercise and eat pretty well, and I’m not a big drinker. I want my kids to see their mom eating normally. If we go for ice cream, I might get the tiny size, but I’ll eat it. I don’t want my daughter [Kaia, 7] to think she can’t eat ice cream.”
