There are so many sites, tabloids, newspapers, and TV shows that love to splash headlines across the page emphasizing negative celebrity body issues.  We’ve all seen them - “Celebrity X is Anorexic“, or “Guess Which Celebrity Has Cellulite“, or “Celebrity Y Got Fat“, how about “See Which Celebrity Has The Worst Beach Body” and let’s not forget “Celebrity Q and Her Yo-Yo Diet“.  We have a field day when we see celebrities like Reese Witherspoon in a bikini and she doesn’t look like Gisele Bundchen.  It’s almost as if these publications thrive on celebrities gaining weight or having less than perfect bodies so they can splash them on their covers.

Here at Healthy Hollywood, we’ve taken a much needed, different approach.  We focus on celebrities that are truly healthy - mind, body, and spirit - and how become that way.  Let’s face it, we can all use pointers on exercise, fitness, and mental health and who better to get them from than the people who are scrutinized under microscopes every single day - and still come out looking and feeling fabulous!

In a nutshell, being “healthy” is a total mind, body, and life practice and our goal is to focus on celebrities who embody that. Hopefully, some of their tips will help inspire you in your daily life.

In addition to all the celebrity tips and secrets, Healthy Hollywood offers you great recipes, fitness tips, nutrition info, and all the latest news on fitness tools and workouts. We hope you enjoy and if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions for how to make the site be better, we’re all ears!
