About
There are so many websites, tabloids, newspapers, and TV shows that love to splash headlines across the page emphasizing negative celebrity body issues. We’ve all seen them – “Celebrity X is Anorexic“, or “Guess Which Celebrity Has Cellulite“, or “Celebrity Y Got Fat“, how about “See Which Celebrity Has The Worst Beach Body” and let’s not forget “Celebrity Q and Her Yo-Yo Diet“.
We have a field day when we see celebrities like Reese Witherspoon in a bikini and she doesn’t look like Gisele Bundchen. Or when, heaven forbid, a supermodel puts on weight! It’s almost as if these publications thrive on celebrities gaining weight or having less than perfect bodies so they can splash them on their covers.
Here at Healthy Hollywood, we’ve taken a different, much needed approach. We focus on celebrities that are truly healthy – mind, body, and spirit – and how they become that way. Let’s face it, we can all use pointers on exercise, fitness, and mental health and who better to get them from than the people who are scrutinized under microscopes every single day – and still come out looking and feeling fabulous!
In a nutshell, being “healthy” is a total mind, body, and life practice and our goal is to focus on celebrities who embody that. Our goal is that some of their tips will help inspire you in your daily life. Even small changes can make huge differences!
Healthy Hollywood was the first website to focus on total celebrity health – mind, body, spirit, planet, and green! We’re often imitated but never duplicated!
In addition to all the celebrity tips and secrets, Healthy Hollywood offers you great recipes, fitness tips, nutrition info, and all the latest news on fitness tools and workouts. We hope you enjoy and if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions for how to make the site be better, we’re all ears!

Meet the Team
Cynthia Pasquella
Founder and Editor in Chief, Cynthia Pasquella CCN, CHLC, CWC, is no stranger to celebrity health and fitness. As one of Hollywood’s favorite nutritionists, Cynthia has helped coach celebrities, professionals, and athletes to healthy bodies and minds.
Cynthia empowers women to feel amazing on the inside and look amazing on the outside while helping them rediscover self love and claim their individual greatness!
The idea for Healthy Hollywood evolved when friends and yes, even strangers, started asking Cynthia what the celebrities secrets were. They wanted to know how they achieved those amazing bodies or managed to stay sane while having three children, a famous husband, and a thriving career. Realizing that these “secrets” could help many more people than just her own clients, Cynthia found an easy way to share them with the world and HealthyHollywood.com was born!
